1. Contest. Aluva 90-Day Challenge begins on January 15th, 2024, and ends on April 15th, 2024. Aluva recommends participants purchase the 2024 Challenge Pack in January, February and March 2023. Participants must purchase a minimum of 155 Personal Volume (PV) in each of the first three months of the 90-day challenge. Participants must follow guidelines for official entry which include product purchases as well as submitting before and after pictures using the official program guidelines and keywords to the official program email address or participant portal. Aluva will judge all participants and announce winners in April 2024. Challenge winners will receive prizes delivered directly to their homes and cash winnings will be added to their Aluva Credit Wallet where applicable. Winners are responsible for reporting winnings for tax purposes based on laws in the state in which they reside. Each participant must submit the full legal name or user name of their Contest partner. Failure to submit their Contest Partner information with their “Before” submission will result in disqualification from the Contest. No purchase is necessary. Official entry requirements, where purchases are not possible, are as follows. Participants must send a self-addressed letter to Aluva corporate offices at 26 S Rio Grande St #2072, Salt Lake City, UT 84101 by January 15th, 2024. Contestants who complete all required submission materials and complete all other requirements herein as determined by Sponsor in accordance with these Officials Rules will have entered the Contest and be considered for judging and eligible to receive a cash prize. These official rules (“Official Rules”) govern the Contest, and Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for the Contest.  Sponsored/Promoted by: Nektar Life, LLC, D.B.A. Aluva, in the United States, Canada, Jamaica, and The Bahamas (collectively, “Sponsor”).

2. Eligibility. The Contest is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (including the District of Columbia), Puerto Rico, Canada, Jamaica, and The Bahamas and at least eighteen (18) years of age or the legal age of majority at the time of entry. Winners (as defined in Section 3 below) must allow Aluva to use before and after statistics and photos for marketing purposes. Employees, officers, directors, and mandataries of Sponsor or its parents, subsidiaries, and affiliates, and members of their immediate families (spouses, parents, siblings, and children, regardless of where they live) and those living in the same household are not eligible to enter or win, nor anyone professionally connected with the Contest. Individuals who have participated in a test group or study of Sponsor and whose results are due at least in part to such test group or study are not eligible to enter. Winners of any prior transformation or similar contest sponsored in whole or in part by Sponsor, including prior Aluva Challenge contests or any other transformation-based contests, are eligible to enter the Contest by submitting all new materials in compliance with these Official Rules along with new “before” pictures and statistics that verifiably post-date the “after” picture and statistics submitted as part of the winning entries in such prior contests. The sponsor reserves the right to verify the eligibility of winners, and winners must comply with all reasonable eligibility verification. Participation in the Contest constitutes your full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and to Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Contest, and no correspondence shall be entered into.

3. Contest Description. Subject to the terms and conditions herein, during the Aluva 90-Day Challenge, you (“you”) will have the opportunity to share with the Sponsor and potentially the broader Aluva community how an Aluva fitness program has helped change your body and your life. The sponsor will then judge all such participants according to the Judging Criteria (as defined below) to determine the top ten best and most compelling transformation stories. Grand prize voting will take place and will be subject to the requirements and limitations outlined in these Official Rules. Persons whose appearance or fitness or health transformation is, in whole or in part, the result of non-medically necessary plastic/cosmetic surgery, liposuction, steroids, human growth hormone, or any unnatural method of body enhancement or weight reduction of any kind are not eligible to enter the Contest and any such entries may be disqualified in Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion.
